  • "I had to tell you what happened this weekend..... We drove up from Mass for a two day trip in Maine. We weren't a 1/2 mile into the ride on Saturday when the rear axle on one of the ATV's snapped. KMS welding picked up the phone and said he could meet us near Train's Tavern and weld onsite. The guy was amazing and we were on back on the trails within 15 minutes. Then, another 1/2 mile into the ride, both bearings blew out on the same ATV. Robertson's had the bearings but couldn't do the work on such short notice so NORTHEAST MOTORSPORTS came and picked up the unit. NORTHEAST MOTORSPORTS fixed the unit and delivered it back to us and we were back on the trail!
    Another great example of the money ATVer's bring to the local community. I know so many people have negative things to say about ATVer's so I just want to do my part and promote the positive. But more importantly, is how impressed we where with these 3 businesses getting us up and running. Thanks to all you guys."

My husband and I were very excited to buy a lawn tractor so we would no longer have to push mow our lawn. Once having our tractor home no longer than 1 week out tires went flat because of a recall Lowes failed to mention to us when buying our tractor. After trying to get Lowes to help to fix the tires and them giving us a huge run around it was very nice to deal with your company. Your team worked very hard on getting our tractor back to us as soon as possible and you did just that! You have a great team you all did such a great job helping us. We can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and for getting our tractor back to us the way it should have been when we bought it! From the time I met Josh at the Augusta show I knew I was in the right shop. Its so important to be able to talk to people who actually ride what they sell and are able to answer any questions you may have about the machines. Never at anytime did I feel pressured about making a purchase. I have purchased well over a dozen new vehichles over the years, and this by far was the easiest.There is no doubt that if your service is as good as your sales ,which I'm sure it is there will be no reason for me to go anywhere else.     In early 2010 I purchased my first ever brand new 4 wheeler from you (2009 KFX450R). Since the day of purchase I have received nothing but top notch customer service from your entire staff! I just want to thank all of you for all of the excellent treatment that you have given me and my 4 wheeler. I also wanted to say that my plans to move to Maine have been changed, unfortunately, and I will no longer be bringing my 4 wheeler to you for service. If it wasn't a 3 hour drive just to get to you guys, I would continue to have you and only you work on my 4 wheeler. I only hope that my local Kawasaki dealer has the same great service.
